Become an Approved Vendor
The California Landlords Union is building a trusted statewide network of professionals who serve landlords, property owners, and real estate investors. *To qualify as an Approved Vendor, applicants must first become an active California Landlords Union member.* Vendor applications are only available to current members in good standing.
Are you a real estate agent, loan officer, mortgage broker, contractor, insurance agent, attorney, property manager, or other service provider who works with California landlords?
Become a member of the California Landlords Union to be eligible for our Approved Vendor Program. Once your membership is active, you may submit an inquiry to be considered for inclusion in our trusted vendor network.
Approved Vendors may receive referrals from our landlord members, opportunities to be featured in our Vendor Directory, networking opportunities, and access to exclusive promotional opportunities through the Union.
